Join us for Member Appreciation Day on Wed 2/29/12. No Guest Fees all day – bring someone in for the day. We will be conducting special group fitness demonstrations throughout the day.

CELEBRATE HEART HEALTHY MONTH with us by referring a new member and enter into a drawing for a Polar Heart monitor, and a chance to win a Radisson Romantic Weekend for 2.

Refreshments will be served between 5pm – 7pm.

Refreshments available 9 to 11 AM. Bring a friend or family member no guests fees. Get involved with one of our fitness demonstrations. Spend your energy in one of our Group X classes.
