Grab Tonawanda Fitness Blog FeedI wanted to send an email commending the great staff I have encountered at the Tonawanda location's playroom. I am a new member to Best Fitness. I bought a Best Fitness promotion off Living Social and thought I would try out your facility. I was a member of the Buffalo Athletic Club for 4 years but thought I would try something new.
One of the main reasons I was unhappy with the Buffalo Athletic Club was because I was uncomfortable leaving my 1 1/2 year old son in their playroom. It was the first thing I wanted to see when touring your facility. Gerry gave us our initial tour and I was very grateful he didn't they any high pressure sales pitches. I would've walked out if he had. He was very nice and informative. Right away I was impressed the the cleanliness of the playroom and the assortment of activities for the children. The first week I brought my son to the playroom I was so impressed how kind and attentive the ladies working there (Holly & Michelle). My son didn't cry at all and felt very comfortable. I am a stay at home mom and take 45 minutes a day to myself to workout. It is reassuring knowing they are in such good hands.
My 2 month living social membership is expiring and I just signed a 2 year contract with Best Fitness mostly because it is somewhere I can go workout and trust my son will be taken care of properly. Both of these morning playroom staff should be recognized for this in my opinion which is why I am writing tins email. I have let many of my friends know how nice your gym and playroom are.
