These traditional indoor cycling classes offer a non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all levels, these classes offer a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment and perhaps a desire to be out on the road.

Endo~Ride: Experience a ride that will keep you coming back for more. Strength training ride with consistent pedaling, heavy resistance and powerful techniques. Guaranteed to make you sweat and feel the burn.

Happy Hour: Instructor's choice! Burn calories, improve cycling performance and strength.

High Gear: A cardio challenge that attempts to push you the extra mile. For participants who are ready to bring the level of techniques and intensity to an individualized intensity range, while still emphasizing proper form.

Power Ride: Get ready to be challenged. The name pretty much explains itself, full of power! Challenge your endurance, strength, and speed every week. Be sure not to leave your water bottle at home for this class.

Ride 'n Run: Challenge yourself with a 45 minute "The Ride" followed by a 15 minute running segment. This class focuses on increasing endurance and speed, and includes both interval and anaerobic training. All in a non-competitive environment. Get a glimpse of the multisport world! Class will start in the spin studio and then move outdoors when weather permits. Run segment will move to the treadmills during colder months.

Spin 'n Burn: This class combines cardio & strength training followed by 10 minutes off the bike focusing on LEGS! Plyometrics, isolations, strength and endurance paced moves to sculpt those legs. Feel the burn!

Spinnervals: Go hard in this class with Interval training through hills, hoovers, sprints, vertical jogs and jumps!

Spin 'n Trim: Instructor will ride you through a 45 minute routine where ride is then followed by a physical challenge: push-ups, squats, lunges, etc. that will be sure to burn the calories and keep you trim.

Top Gun Spin:  This class is full of motivating music and energy that will make you want to move to the beat while incorporating upper body exercises and using the bike for more than cycling. You will definitely be in a calorie deficit by the end of this class.
