BODYCOMBAT: An empowering cardio workout where yoou are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
BODYPUMP®: The original barbell workout that strengthens and tones your entire body. This class challenges all your major muscle groups by usig the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music will motivate you! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
BOOTCAMP: Cross training, functional training, anything goes! Be prepared to sweat! This class is appropriate for all fitness level as intensity is 100% participant controlled.
FOREVER FIT: Stay as young as you feel! Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and functional activity for daily life. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels – great for deconditioned, first timers, prenatal clients and especially those with more experience at life!
HATHA YOGA: A gentle approach blending various styles of yoga to improve flexibility, strength and breathing techniques. This class is wonderful for all levels. Reshape your body and mind!
KICKBOX: A challenging athletic style workout for participants of all fitness levels, designed to incorporate self-defense techniques and drills to enhance your strength and endurance. A great alternative to the typical aerobics class!
P90X®: Change your body with P90X and muscle confusion! Avoid the plateau effect and maximize your fat burning and muscle sculpting. Appropriate for all levels.
PIYO™: A vigorous blend of yoga and Pilates that approaches strength from a different angle, emphasizing the deepest inner core musculature to isolate the whole body as a unit. Move and strengthen from the inside out with a focus on control of movement. Great for all fitness levels.
PILATES: The hot new exercise trend for both men and women! Pilates combines key elements of stress reduction and bodywork. Exercises are based upon strengthening the “core” muscles of the abdomen while increasing flexibility in the legs, arms and smaller supporting muscle groups. This class integrates breathing, flexibility, strength, precision and body awareness to lengthen, define and sculpt muscles. May use props such as mini bars, weights, balls, etc. Great for all from athletes to dancers!
SLOW FLOW YOGA: A gentle vinyasa flow linking breath with ongoing slowflow of postures. This class will build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and serenity. For all fitness levels.
STEP: straightforward step, guaranteed sweat! Basic knowledge of STEP is recommended - this class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
STUDIO CYCLE: Get ready to burn major calories, increase energy and endurance, and boost your metabolism! Classes are real terrain based and focus on cadence and heart rate zones. Hill work, climbs and sprints set to great music make for an unpredictable ride that is both fun and challenging. Heart rate monitor, water and a towel are recommended.
VINYASA YOGA: A more vigorous, athletic approach to yoga using flowing poses that are linked to the breath. Classes are diverse and vary with the instructor.
ZUMBA: The newest fitness sensation!!! Zumba is a cardio based workout designed for everyone. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes. Routines feature interval training with a combination of slow and fast rhythms to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. Class participants of any level can start with Zumba. Be prepared to move and be moved!
