Studio Cycling : Get ready to burn major calories, increase energy and endurance, and boost your metabolism! Classes are real terrain based and focus on cadence and heart rate zones. Hill work, climbs and sprints set to great music make for an unpredictable ride that is both fun and challenging.
Classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Participants must check in at the front desk and obtain a ticket which will be collected by the instructor. Water and a towel are recommended.
