UPSTAIRS:

9:15am KELCIE — strength and conditioning: warm-ups and drills to challenge the athlete inside of you!

9:45am ALEXA — arms and butt: sculpt your triceps, define your shoulders, peak your biceps, and wake up those lazy butt muscles!

DOWNSTAIRS:

10:15am JOSH — plyometrics: a fast-paced, fat-melting workout sure to jumpstart any workout routine!

10:45am JOHN — abs of steel: warm weather is coming, are you ready for your bikini? John will whip your 6 pack into shape!

11:15am SHANNON — weight loss express: still struggling with that resolution from January? Boost your metabolism and get motivated to reach it this spring!

11:45am LIAM — metabolic circuit: this high intensity workout will bust any plateau!
