GENTLE YOGA: Will focus primarily on the flexibility and relaxation components of a traditional yoga class

HI/LO: Traditional floor aerobics - you can bounce if you want, or keep your feet planted on the floor throughout the class

KICKBOXING: An action packed, heart pumping class. This is an effective cardio workout guaranteed to make you sweat. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

PILATES: Exercises in this class are based upon strengthening the “core” muscles of the abdomen while increasing flexibility in the legs, arms and smaller supporting muscle groups. This class integrates breathing, flexibility, strength, precision and body awareness to lengthen, define and sculpt muscles. Great for all.

POWERBALL: Skills, drills, and sequences to keep you moving non-stop. Learn basic drills, plyometric progression and strength building using a weighted medicine ball. Come ready to work. Specialty

POWERSTEP: This step class is all about Power. Get your heart rate up with combinations that appeal to all steppers. Choreography will be fun and athletic based.

POWER YOGA: A vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. A great class for people who want yoga as a way to work out as well as relax the mind and body.

TABATA: A Tabata is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. Specialty

TURBO KICK ®: Turbo Kick® is a combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.
